21st June 2023. Organisers of the long running music festival taking place at Kings Beach Park in Caloundra, near Brisbane in Queensland have announced their line-up for the event scheduled on 29th September – 1st October 2023. Artists confirmed include Spiderbait, Middle Kids, Sampa The Great, Kasey Chambers, L.A.B, Illy, Vera Blue, The Temper Trap, Busby Marou, Jack River, Jarryd James, WILSN and Thirsty Merc. Tickets go on sale from 23rd June 2023.

19th June 2023. A new EDM music festival has been announced by electronic music record label Werra Foxma and will take place in two Derby venues, Deda and Dubrek Studios. The event is scheduled for 23rd March 2024 and artists confirmed include Altern 8, Dohnavùr, Maria Uzor, Bethan Lloyd, Cholly and Warrington-Runcorn New Town Development Plan. 16th June 2023. Organisers of the music festival that was to take place in Bristol have announced the cancellation of the event scheduled for 16th - 17th September 2023. A statement on their website reads “It is with heavy hearts and deep regret that we cannot go ahead with this year’s Tokyo World Festival. There are too many growing challenges with using Eastville Park this year that cannot be overcome. We’ve worked hard with the Council and Police but we have not been able to find workable solutions to the challenges of this location to keep the event safe and secure. All tickets will be refunded at face value.’’

15th June 2023. Organisers of the long running music festival taking place in Princess Park, Queenscliff, Victoria have announced their first phase line-up for the event scheduled on 23rd - 26th November 2023. Artists confirmed include Aloe Blacc, Foy Vance, G. Love & Special Sauce, Boy & Bear, Something For Kate, Ian Moss, Illy, Dan Sultan, Liz Stringer, The Dreggs, Ngulmiya, Alice Ivy, Xylouris White, Jem Cassar-Daley, Felipe Baldomir, Leah Senior, William Crighton, Full Flower Moon Band and The Badloves. 14th June 2023. An Irish twist on the Bavairan Oktobrfest has been announced taking place in ten locations across Ireland during September and October this year. Artists announced include Whistlin’ Donkeys, George Murphy & The Rising Sons, Rake the Ashes plus many more. The new festival will highlight Irish trad bands and dancers, tankards of Irish stouts & beers, authentic Irish food, DJs and an eclectic mix of entertainment and competitions. 13th June 2023. Organisers of the iconic American music festival have announced dates for next year confirming the event will take place on the weekends of April 12th -14th and April 19th - 21st 2024. The festival will remain in its usual location of the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio, California. No line-up has been announced but tickets will go on sale from June 16th 2023 with General Admission prices starting at about $500.   

12th June 2023. Organisers of the popular EDM music festival taking place at Cook’s Valley Campground near Piercy on 14th - 16th July 2023 have announced their final line up additions. New artists confirmed include Netsky, NotLö, Mimosa, ION, Paper Idol, KR3TURE and Casmalia. They join previously announced artists Tokimonsta, Big Gigantic, Mura Masa, G Jones and Dr Fresch. 9th June 2023. Organisers of the iconic EDM music festival taking place on 21st - 23rd July and 28th - 30th July 2023 have released their timetable of performances. The 17th edition of Tomorrowland will revolve around the theme ‘Adscendo’ and artists confirmed include Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, Claptone, Eric Prydz presents HOLO, John Newman, Lost Frequencies, Nina Kraviz, Purple Disco Machine, The Chainsmokers, Tiësto and Timmy Trumpet plus many more. The event was sold out last year within minutes of tickets going on sale.

7th June 2023. Organisers of the independent music festival taking place near Compton Martin have finalised their line-up for the event scheduled on 3rd - 6th August 2023. Artists confirmed include Dub Pistols, The Bar Stool Preachers, Black Water County, PET NEEDS, Seán McGowan, The Hawkmen, The Skimmity Hitchers, Deux Furieuses, The Scribes, Rude 6, The Whiskey Rebellion, Monkey Bizzle, Nasty Fishmonger, Brave The Sea, Fidget & the Twitchers and Alien Chicks plus many more. 6th June 2023. Organisers of the music and arts festival that was to take place in Scone Palace near Perth have announced the cancellation of the event scheduled for 11th - 13th August 2023. In a statement on Twitter organisers said “We are sorry to have to deliver the devastating news that we can no longer go ahead with Otherlands Music & Arts Festival this year due to poor ticket sales, rising production costs and loss of grant funding.’’ Organisers said ticket buyers will be refunded within 14 days. 

5th June 2023. Organisers of the festival series taking place in Stanmer Park have announced the line-up for the events scheduled on the 5th, 7th, 8th and 9th July 2023. Artists confirmed include Tom Jones, N-Dubz, Paolo Nutini, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Horse Meat Disco, Hot Chip, Colleen Murphy, English Disco Lovers, Barulho and Alice Russell. Tickets are still available for anyone interested.

2nd June 2023. Organisers of the Scottish music festival have announced their final their line-up for the event scheduled to run on 7th - 9th July 2023. Artists confirmed include Wet Wet Wet, Trail West, Skerryvore, Tide Lines, Valtos, The Laurettes, Face The West, Heisk, Nati Dreddd and Cammy Barnes. With a limited capacity the event is now sold out.

31st May 2023. Organisers of the famous festival taking place Worthy Farm have announced their line-up for the event scheduled on 23rd - 25th June 2023. Artists confirmed include Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses, Elton John, Lizzo, The War on Drugs, Lewis Capaldi, Lil Nas X, Lana Del Rey, Wizkid, Loyle Carner, Queens of the Stone Age, Royal Blood and mystery guests The Churnups. The event has been sold out since last year.

30th May 2023. Ireland’s Health Service Executive (HSE) has launched its drug harm-reduction campaign aimed at music festival attendees across Ireland. The campaign includes a drug monitoring program where festival-goers can anonymously submit drugs to experts through voluntary “surrender bins,” real-time social media alerts and a media campaign. The HSE found trends of concern last year including high potency drugs, 12 new psychoactive substances and 4 drugs which had never been identified before in Ireland. 29th May 2023. Organisers of the music festival that was to take place near Bruton have announced the cancellation of the event scheduled for 3rd - 5th August 2023. In a statement on Facebook organisers said ''We are incredibly sad to announce the end of Farmfest. As a small, independent festival, it has been a tough few years to remain affordable whilst also keeping up with the huge rise in running costs’’. Organisers have teamed up with Valley Fest in Chew Magna to offer an alternative festival. People can either choose to upgrade their tickets for that event, donate the value of their ticket to Wateraid or request a full refund.

26th May 2023. Organisers of the festival taking place in Henham Park have announced additions to their line-up for the event scheduled on 20th – 23rd July 2023. New musical artists confirmed include FIZZ, Azamiah and Roxanne de Bastion. Joining the comedy stage will be comedians Catherine Bohart, Helen Bauer, Jazz Emu, Shazia Mirza, Jodie Mitchell, Joe Wells, Ray Badran, Melissa McGlensey, Sharon Wanjohi and Saima Ferdows. 25th May 2023. Organisers of the Scottish music festival have announced additions to their line-up for the event scheduled on 27th - 29th July 2023. New artists confirmed include Altered Images, Dylan John Thomas, Bonnie Kemplay, Colin Macintyre with Mull Historical Society, Broken Records and Little Quirks. They join previously announced headliners Travis, Bastille and Sigrid. Tickets are still available for anyone interested. 

24th May 2023. Organisers of the dance music festival that was to take place in Abbey Park have announced the cancellation of the event scheduled for 24th June 2023. In a statement on Facebook organisers said “Today we have made the very difficult decision to cancel Beyond Festival 2023. Understanding the challenges our industry currently faces with the cost of living impacts and many other uncontrollable influences key metrics left us with no alternative than the above decision.” Anyone who has purchased tickets for the event will be given a refund.

23rd May 2023. Organisers have revealed the line-up for the Glade Area, the event takes place on 21st - 25th June 2023. Artists announced include Carl Cox, Example, Gok Wan, Syreeta, Faithless (DJ Set), Girls Don’t Sync, Bou, Sarah Story, Arielle Free, Karen Nyame KG, Steve Hillage Band and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs. They will be joined by new group Mantra of the Cosmos featuring Happy Monday’s Shaun Ryder and Bez plus former Oasis bassist Andy Bell and Ringo Starr's son Zak Starkey. The event has been sold out for some time.

22nd May 2023. Organisers of the music festival that features the next generation of pioneering creatives championing soul, R&B and alternative sounds taking place at Beckenham Park have announced their line-up for the event scheduled on 20th August 2023. Artists confirmed include Saint Levant, Samm Henshaw, BERWYN, Scuti, Etta Bond, Crazy Cousinz, Mina and Juls. Tickets are available now for anyone interested. 

19th May 2023. Organisers of the new balloon fiesta taking place at Bolesworth Castle have announced additions to their line-up for the event scheduled on 4th - 6th August 2023. New artists confirmed include The Vamps, Gabrielle and Scouting for Girls. They join previously announced artists Sister Sledge, Megan McKenna, Chris Moyles's 90s Hangover, Rak-Su and Boyzlife. 17th May 2023. Organisers of the family music and comedy festival taking place at Cholmondeley Castle have announced additions to their line-up for the event scheduled on 11th - 13th August 2023. New comedians confirmed include Danny McLoughin, Justin Moorhouse, Matt Richardson, Hayley Ellis, Paul Smith, Brennan Reece, Scott Bennett, Tez Ilyas, Nina Gilligan and Allyson June Smith. They join previously announced artists Will Young, Fleur East, Morcheeba, Starsailor, Five, and Feeder. Tickets are available now for anyone interested.

16th May 2023. Organisers of the music festival have announced the postponment of the event scheduled for 10th June 2023. In a statement organisers said “We’re completely gutted, but a number of factors mean that it now feels impossible for us to put on the festival to the expected standard. Everything that’s needed to put on a festival has gone up massively, and costs are continuing to spiral as we get closer to the event. We’re unable to pass these costs onto ticket buyers in the midst of a cost of living crisis.

12th May 2023. Organisers of the retro music festival that was to take place in Bangor have announced the cancellation of the event scheduled for 5th August 2023. In a statement on Facebook organisers said “Due to logistical issues beyond our control, we sadly have to cancel this event. All customers will receive a full face value refund from the vendor where you purchased your tickets, details will be emailed to the address you registered when buying your tickets.” 

11th May 2023. Organisers of the metal festival taking place at BEC Arena have announced additions to their line-up for the event scheduled on 3rd - 4th November 2023. New artists confirmed include Julie Christmas, Undeath and Kurokuma. They join previously announced artists Celestial Sanctuary, Tuskar and Inhuman Nature. 10th May 2023. Organisers of the Chagstock festival in Whiddon Down near Dartmoor have announced the cancellation of the event scheduled for 21st - 22nd July 2023. In a statement on Facebook organisers said “It is with deep deep regret and huge sadness that we have to cancel Chagstock. The struggle to catch up after missing a year due to covid combined with increased competition, escalating costs, the cost of living crisis and lower than expected ticket sales, make it impossible to continue with the event.”

8th May 2023. Organisers of the music festival taking place in North East England have announced their first wave line-up for the event scheduled on 30th September 2023. Artists confirmed include Andrew Cushin, The Clause, Deco, Fat Dog, Finn Forster, The Molotovs, Ruby J, Dawks, PICNIC, Bedroom Highclub, San Quentin, The Redroom, Casino, The Thieves and House of Wolves. 5th May 2023. Organisers of the festival taking place in Charlton Park Malmsbury have announced additions to their line-up for the event scheduled on 27th - 30th July 2023. New artists confirmed include The Cinematic Orchestra, Soul II Soul, Emicida, 47Soul, ENNY and Tank & The Bangas. They join previously announced artists Femi Kuti and The Positive Force, Bombay Bicycle Club, Mariza and Kate Rusby. Tickets are available now for anyone interested. 

4th May 2023. Brooklyn Brewery, part of the Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company portfolio have announced that the new Brooklyn Pilsner will be the Official Beer of Glastonbury Festival this year. Brooklyn Brewery will be giving away two general admission tickets to the sold-out event in a competition via their UK social channels. Bars located across the festival site will be serving up Brooklyn Pilsner throughout the five-day event in in co-branded Brooklyn Pilsner cups featuring the iconic logo, doodles, and bright yellow livery. 

28th April 2023. Organisers of the music festival taking place in the Dreamland theme park have announced their final line-up for the event scheduled over 20 days from 2nd June - 30th September 2023. New artists confirmed include Limp Bizkit, Two Door Cinema Club, Wu-Tang Clan GZA, The Pharcyde and Bicep. They join previously announced artists Placebo, Bastille, Primal Scream, Tom Jones, Human League, Rag’n’Bone Man, Kool and The Gang, Olly Murs, McFly, The Streets and Morcheeba.
