SAMPLE BID PACKAGE
This is a sample of some of the components we use in a
RFP to strive to get the proper equipment or service at the best price. This is
an example of a RFP used for generators at an event in 2003. It is comprised of
the letter that explains the event, the
basic boilerplate
that accompanies the appendix which contains the specifications, and
a map
that shows the equipment's locations.
